1)If you have oily skin and your makeup slides off during the day, try an oil-free face primer to help make your face makeup last all day.

2)Drink herbal or green tea at least once a day to help detox your system.

3)Greens help drain your lymphatic system, which de-puffs your complexion. In a juicer: 1 cup sliced pineapple ½ cucumber ½ green apple

4)Sensitive Skin Exfoliator 1/2 c cornmeal 1/4 c milk 2 Tsp baking soda 1 T olive oil 5 drops tea-tree oil in a bowl Mix & apply to skin

5)Regardless of your skin type, everyone should use a moisturizer daily to prevent a dehydrated complexion.

6)To get rid of skin discolorations caused by scars, use a non-comedogenic oil to loosen the scar and soften it. #OliveOil

7) For dark circles, bags, or puffy eyes, place slightly warm, steeped chamomile or green tea bags over your eyelids for 10-15m.

8)Your face spends a third of its life resting on a pillow, so make sure it's a clean one!

9) Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Helps reduce puffy eyes in the morning.

10) Aim for total wellness. Avoid stress, 7hours of peaceful sleep nightly, avoid polluted areas, exercise daily, and maintain a healthy diet.
