NEWS UPDATE: TWIN BOYS STABBED TO DEATH BY THE BROTHER WHO THEN KILLED HIMSELF

 

9 year old twin brothers Patrick and Thomas O'Driscoll were stabbed to death yesterday September 4th by their older half brother Jonathan, 20, who then killed himself about an hour later. Read the full story

Singer, actress and younger sister of singer/fashion mogul Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson, 29, married Evan Ross, 26, who is the last child of legendary singer, Diana Ross, on Saturday Aug. 30th at Diana Ross's estate in Connecticut. Ms Ross is said to have officiated the ceremony.

Evan, who is an actor and Ashlee began dating in July 2013, and got engaged in January 2014. Ashlee was married to Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz from 2008 to 2011 and they have a 6 year old son named Bronx. Enough of the history, see photos from their wedding

NEWS: BOKO HARAM INVADES BAMA, MEETS RESISTANCE FROM NIGERIANS TROOPS

 

Boko Haram militants this morning September 1st launched an attack on Bama, the largest city in Borno state with the aim of taking over the town. According to reports, the sect men arrived the town and started shooting mortars, RPGs and hurling grenades but they were fiercely resisted by Nigerian troops stationed in the village. According to Sahara Reporters, a fierce battle is currently going on there between the sect men and Nigerian troops.

The Emir of Bama and many of the residents have fled the city to the state capital, Maiduguri, to avoid being caught up in the crossfire. Bama is a very strategic city in Borno state with a lot of military hardware and it is believed that if the sect men capture Bama, it will be very easy for them to move into the state capital, Maiduguri.

In an interview with City People mag this week, Shade Okoya, the billionaire wife of business mogul, Chief Rasaq Okoya, said she doesn't fix artificial nails because she cooks for her 74 year old husband everyday. Asked whether she still makes his meals, she said

"Yes! And that is everyday. I must enter the kitchen everyday. I make sure he is well taken care of. My husband likes varieties so I don't just cook one food. He takes them in bit. This is one of the reasons you will never see me with artificial nails. I have never done that" Shade revealed
